Our Car Wash Pit Cleaning Typically Involves The Following Steps:

Pumping out the wastewater: The first step in cleaning any car wash pit is to first pump out all the wastewater. We do this with one of our vacuum trucks that is designed for this type of work.

Removing solids and oils: Once the wastewater has been pumped out, the solids and other contaminates that have accumulated in the bottom of the pit are removed. This can be done manually with shovels and other tools, pressure washers, or when the debris is mixed into a “slurry” it can be sucked up with the vacuum truck.

Disposing of the waste: The removed solids and liquid must be disposed of properly. This typically involves transporting them to a treament facility or a licensed landfill that accepts this type of waste.
