These shelters come in various sizes. Firestorm Septics & Shelters offers the following sizes: 5×7, 6×8, and 7×9. Our concrete safe rooms meet or exceed FEMA P-320 and P-361 standards tested at Texas Tech, with 6 inch thick rebar enforced walls, and 3 anchors on two sides.
